XMJ wall printer adopts Epson piezoelectric print head. In terms of print head technology, piezoelectric inkjet technology has better controllability and operability than traditional thermal inkjet technology. Therefore, the shape and size of the ink droplet can be free controlled, which is what we called Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT).

We know that each pattern is composed of ink droplets with different colors and sizes, and the size of ink droplets will directly affect the effect of the picture. Under the traditional fixed ink droplet printing mode, the transition area of two different colors will have a relatively poor sense of layer, color transition is uneven, and the overall picture looks rough, while the images printed by wall printer equipped with VSDT are delicate and bright in color.

VSDT can achieve a minimum ink droplet of 2.5PL (Note: PL stands for picolitre, a unit of volume measurement equivalent to "10 to the minus 15" cubic meters, that is, 1000 cubic microns). The shape of ink droplets is more regular, the positioning is more accurate, and the printing resolution is improved, which can achieve high-precision printing. It can intelligently adjust the ink droplet size combination according to the color status of the printed picture and the different printing materials. It can meet the color density requirements of the picture while improving the printing speed, so as to ensure that the output image is accurate and vivid.

VSDT enables on-demand and accurate ink supply. It can not only ensure the delicate and realistic printing effect, but also save ink to the greatest extent.
